- Coordinate travel arrangements for company employees and visitors, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Source and negotiate offers with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Handle visa applications and ensure compliance with travel requirements for international and domestic travel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels and service providers both locally and abroad.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Regularly update the approved vendor list and negotiate corporate rates with preferred hotels and travel partners.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR teams.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, correspondence, and documents.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and conferences.
- Maintain and update HR-related data on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR administration or public relations, preferably in a travelling Agency.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
