Job Purpose
Monitor daily & monthly KPI's to spot opportunities & highlight risks if any
b. Working with DWH and Analytics teams to provide automated reporting
c. Monitor customers evolving communication needs through research and DWH
d. Work on base deep understanding via developing pre-analysis to support new move/enhancement, or conduct marketing research to understand customers' behaviour
e. Conduct post launch analysis to launched products and promos ensuring results as forecasted
f. Design different types of BTL campaigns for acquisition, retention, cross-sell/up-sell tactical campaigns based on research outcomes and in depth analysis provided by DWH and presenting to top management to grant their approval before implementation
g. Working on Prepaid inactivity enhancement through implementing re-active approach
a. Research department to conduct researches for new and launched concepts to assess customer's appeal
b. Analytics team and DWH to identify pockets of value for BTL campaigns
c. Pricing and business decision support teams to set pricing and design propositions that meet revenue and profitability goals
d. Commercial solution design team to technically design the offer
e. Campaign management team to execute the campaign through IVR/SMS/Call Centre channels
f. Project management team to handle and organize the launch process from end to end

Contribute positively in achieving global CVM target
• Ensure that all CVM initiatives are customers oriented
• Creating new propositions on a monthly basis according to plan and capitalize on opportunity, and optimizing risks and gaps
• Constantly improving existing platforms
• Increase customer dependency to project X (main CVM platform) by increasing customers usage of the platform
• Make customers used to the platform mechanics and interface
