Branch Manager - Grip 'N Climb

  • Direct the branch operations to produce the target revenues, control the expenses and enhance client experience.
  • Ensure the branch operates smoothly and efficiently to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Train & build a guest-focused team who works with passion, care & dedication. In addition to provide informal feedback on a regular basis and to assist in the annual performance evaluation process.
  • Develop the standard operating procedures & safe practices & train the branch team members on their use to ensure safety of clients, best client experience & efficient use of the branch’s resources
  • Supervise the maintenance, security & cleaning in terms of 100% functionality & elimination of risks for clients
  • Manage resource planning to ensure optimal branch operation.
  • Research market trends and competitor practices in the entertainment field.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, supplier’s selection and customers’ targeting
  • Create new ideas for the activities to make a better customer experience by bringing in the best market practices in the entertainment field through research & assessing competition landscape & work on integrating findings in the branch operations
  • Manage the convenience store in terms of planning, inventory management & cash management to be a key source of revenue for the branch
  • Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public
