Recruitment & Selection:
- Attract & headhunt talented calibers in different types (White Collars & Blue Collars).
- Review received resumes; conduct formal and structured applicant screening through job interviews via phone or face-to-face; recommend short-listed candidates.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Prepare a job offer as per the company salary structure.
- Complete and process new hire paperwork.
Personnel:
- Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Make sure that all government employees’ records are up to date.
- Review and manage employee after-hiring benefits including social insurance (form1,2,6), bank account, and other related employee logistics needed.
Bachelor's degree holder.HR certificate/Diploma is a plus.Minimum of 2 - 4 years in HR field.Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance - management, and employment laws.Relevant industry experiences are a plus.Strong conflict management skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent command of the English language.Excellent computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.Be self-directed and motivated.
