Program Oversight:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of both dental and medical programs.
- Ensure programs comply with regulatory requirements and align with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
Leadership and Team Coordination:
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams, including medical and dental professionals, support staff, and administrators.
- Promote collaboration across teams to achieve integrated care delivery.
- Lead regular team meetings to align objectives and address challenges.
Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to address identified gaps.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Build partnerships with community organizations to support program goals.
- Develop and implement outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available services.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community activities.
Patient Care Coordination:
- Ensure integration of dental and medical services to provide holistic care.
- Address patient concerns, ensuring their needs are met effectively and empathetically.
- Promote health education and preventive care initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience managing healthcare programs, with a focus on dental and medical services.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
