Housekeeping Manager

Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

· Develop and implement cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to the team based on priorities and areas of need.

· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and organize regular team meetings to ensure continuous improvement.

· Ensure team members adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

· Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas, including rooms, hallways, common areas, and facilities, are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

· Inspect and evaluate the quality of housekeeping work and ensure it meets company and industry standards.

· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of necessary items.

· Address and resolve any guest or resident complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional cleaning services and attention to detail.

· Ensure all housekeeping staff follow health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and maintaining safe working conditions.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.8-10 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management, with at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry is a plus.strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication skills
