Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
- Stay up to date with product developments, technological advances, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the product development and engineering teams on customer preferences and market requirements.
- Conduct product training for clients and internal teams to ensure a high level of technical knowledge.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and activities using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress against targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to provide the best technical solutions for customers.
- Participate in meetings, training, and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Experience in electrical equipment, including panels, cables, and generators.Experience in fire alarm and firefighting equipment.Experience in explosion-proof equipment.Experience in the tendering system.Knowledge of suppliers and purchase order (PO) procedures.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiar with tender documents preparation and submission.
