• As our new Lead Qualification Associate, you’ll be the first person students talk to when they express interest in studying abroad through our website. Your role will be to guide them, filter the leads, and ensure they’re ready to take the next step toward their educational journey.
• You’ll help set them on the right path while working with a team of expert educational counsellors who’ll take it from there!
• What You'll Be Doing:
• First Contact, Lasting Impression: You’ll be the first point of contact for students eager to study abroad, engaging with them via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Lead Guru: Screen and qualify potential students, making sure they meet the criteria to study abroad.
• The Connector: Pass along the most promising leads to our educational counsellors, ensuring smooth handovers.
• CRM Ninja: Keep student data organized and up-to-date in our system.
• Customer Service Pro: Answer questions, clear doubts, and guide students through the early stages of their application.
