We are seeking a talented Architect with exceptional skills in 3D visualization and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative design concepts and a keen eye for detail. Experience in interior design and landscape architecture is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present innovative design concepts through sketches, renderings, and mood boards.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Stay current with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in both exterior and interior design.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in medium to large scale projects (not limited to residential and small scale buildings)- Proficiency in design software such as 2ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
