  • Work on creating engaging visual content, including product demos, explainer videos, or tutorials.
  • Work on improving the website’s conversion funnel (cart abandonment, landing page optimization).
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to enhance site navigation.
  • Monitor KPIs like customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, and conversion rates.
  • Target oriented & Track the ROI of various marketing campaigns to determine which efforts are most effective.
  • Conduct tests to determine the effectiveness of various campaigns or website features.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns stay within budget while achieving goals.
  • Create a story around your products/services that resonates with the target audience.
  • Showcase testimonials and case studies to build trust.
  • Develop a referral system that incentivizes existing customers to refer others.
  • Work on an affiliate program that encourages influencers or bloggers to promote your products in exchange for commissions.
  • Use paid media effectively with retargeting strategies to bring back potential customers Use dynamic Product Ads for personalized shopping experiences.

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related fieldPrevious experience in startups, in marketing strategic budget allocation.Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a teamBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and targeting the business sector.Proven ability to manage a team and effectively distribute tasks.
