• Provide product demonstrations and explanations of features, materials and benefits
to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities and meet
revenue targets.
• Maintain showroom displays and arrange furniture layouts to enhance visual appeal
and facilitate customer engagement.
• Ensure that furniture products are clean, well-maintained, and accurately labeled with
pricing and product information.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and
enhance the overall shopping experience
• Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
• Assist customers with order placement, including processing sales transactions and managing
customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communications to ensure
satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments to provide informed
recommendations to customers.
• Use design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.) to create space plans, layouts, and
furniture designs based on customer specifications.
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D visualizations to help clients visualize the proposed designs.
• Advise clients on furniture selection, colors, materials and layouts to create functional and
aesthetically pleasing interiors.
• Provide customers with thorough product knowledge, including dimensions,
materials, and durability
