Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Ensure accurate and realistic timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables for each phase of the project.

Progress Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and update project progress, identifying any delays or risks. Provide timely reports to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders on project status.

Resource Management:
Collaborate with various departments (procurement, construction, engineering, etc.) to allocate resources efficiently. Ensure that all resources (materials, labor, equipment) are available as per project requirements.

Cost Control:
Work closely with the cost control team to track and analyze costs in line with the project schedule. Ensure that project milestones are achieved without compromising the budget.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that the project plan accounts for potential delays and other unforeseen events.

Collaboration & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all planning-related matters. Regularly communicate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and expectations.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and critical path analysis. Document all planning activities and changes for reference and compliance.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving planning processes, tools, and methods to optimize efficiency and quality of project delivery.
