Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while developing new accounts to achieve assigned targets.
- Research and identify prospective clients, creating networking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Evaluate and refine sales, marketing, and branding strategies to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and develop new business lines.
- Foster client relationships and strengthen partnerships within the industry.
- Negotiate and close business deals that ensure long-term revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies and meet revenue goals.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, and priorities.
- Maintain and expand the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report daily achievements to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Personal Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in cold calling with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Technical Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within foreign regions, specifically the USA and Canada.
- Proficient in creating and responding to client quotations through email.
- Knowledge of SEO and web research techniques.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Alsun, or Arts (English/French).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the localization field is required or Proven experience in sales and marketing within foreign regions, specifically the USA and Canada.
- Completion of relevant sales and marketing courses is a plus.
