Job Summary:
Looking for Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site activities, ensuring that construction work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and address delays or challenges.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any on-site technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Assist in material quantity calculations and verification against project requirements.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.2+ years of on-site experience in civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
