landing production jobs with retainer agreements. With a focus on achieving ROI targets, the

Sales and Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute strategies to sell the company’s projects, ensuring revenue and ROI
targets are achieved.
• Identify and secure retainer contracts for production services, generating consistent
revenue streams.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities with clients across various sectors.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat
business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored
solutions.
• Manage client accounts post-sale, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations and
production teams.
Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement
• Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and governmental entities, fostering
collaboration and mutual growth.

effectively.

Project and Service Promotion
• Actively promote the company’s projects and services through client presentations,

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and production teams to align sales efforts
