Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

• Utilize various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals) to source and attract top talents.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.

• Coordinate and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics for continuous improvement.

 

Employee Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries and HR matters.

• Oversee and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure any compliance needed.

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

• Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.

• Support performance management activities, including feedback collection and employee evaluations.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.


• 4+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, preferably in a technology company.• Ability to handle the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (software engineers, developers, etc.).• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Familiarity with HR tools and ATS systems.• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
