Role Description: -

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Safwa Urban Development in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications: -

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the real estate or property development industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Very good in Arabic and English
