Job Opportunity: Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to join our growing team. This role requires a professional with technical expertise in construction, a deep understanding of building materials, and excellent client management skills to drive sales and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell construction materials, including sealants, waterproofing solutions and other specialized material and solutions.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure materials meet project specifications and standards.
- Field visits for new projects and interfact with project team and consultants in order to ensure right solution selection. Also Conduct technical presentations and provide expert advice to clients on product applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in construction fieldwork, preferably involving building materials and project execution.In-depth knowledge of sealants, waterproofing solutions, aluminum, and glass works.Proven ability to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for sales and relationship building.Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
