Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator at LANDMARKS CONSULTING SOLUTIONS Co. in Cairo, Egypt.
- The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for clerical tasks, providing administrative assistance, handling financial tasks, and utilizing strong organizational skills, communication with managers, scheduling, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Translation of documents and financial statements
- Office management, including:
- Coordination and organization of meetings using Outlook.
- Preparation of reports and presentations using PowerPoint/Word.
- Preparation and coordination of work schedules and files using Excel/Word.
- Preparation of simple designs and formatting of documents in an attractive manner.
- Archiving electronic files in an organized manner.
- Clerical and Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
- Finance knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Skills and Knowledge:Proficiency in English for translation of financial statements, letters, etc.Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in the following programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Proficiency in using Outlook and preparing and organizing meetingsKnowledge of using AdobeWord Document Design skills. Working Conditions Full- Time, spends an average of 40 hours per week in a normal office setting, often working in front of a computer. Regular office 8 working hours (from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) although there may be a need to work overtime to meet deadlines.
