Job Description: Odoo Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant (Remote)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and provide remote support to our client. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the technical and functional aspects of Odoo, ensuring efficient system operation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily remote support to the client, addressing technical and functional issues in Odoo ERP.
Analyze and troubleshoot Odoo modules, ensuring seamless operation of the system.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations or customizations.
Develop and deploy minor customizations or enhancements to meet client-specific needs.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Odoo applications.
Train end-users and assist them in effectively utilizing the system.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on support activities and system status.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, customizations, and resolved issues.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Odoo as a techno-functional consultant.Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and CRM.Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL, with experience in Odoo development.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Willingness to remotely work closely with the client’s team.Employment Details:Location: Remote.Required: Egypt / India.Type: Full-time.Availability: Immediate or as per agreement
