Core Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial operations of the company. This role involves handling payroll, tracking project costs and payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the business. As a specialized structural consultancy, our focus requires precise financial management to align with project-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely disbursement.
2. Invoicing and Payment Management:
- Issue and track invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and provide updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
3. Project Cost Tracking:
- Monitor and record expenses for each project.
- Provide cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Assist in analyzing profitability for completed projects.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate cash flow reports and ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operations.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
- Coordinate with the legal accountant to ensure all financial documentation (e.g., taxes, social insurance) is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
6. Budget Planning:
- Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets for future projects.
- Monitor company finances to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
