Role Description
This is a remote Sales Representative role at Mubin AI, where you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, demonstrating product knowledge, Cold Calling, Closing clients and meeting sales targets. You will also have to refine and improve sales scripts to maximize conversion rates. This is a full-time position with significant growth potential, including the possibility of advancing to a sales management role as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services, building interest and securing sales.
Identify and qualify sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Continuously improve sales scripts and strategies based on customer feedback and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Language: Able to speak arabic fluently (Saudi accent is heavily preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in sales, preferably in outbound call sales or telesales for high ticket products.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with a preference for those who can speak with a Saudi accent to foster rapport with regional clients.
Remote Work Capabilities: Own Laptop and headphones, Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of using Excel.
Resilience & Tenacity: Able to handle rejection with resilience, staying motivated and positive to reach sales goals.
