2. Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s brand image through high-quality visual designs. This position is essential for developing and maintaining cohesive branding, marketing materials, and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and resonate with the target audience.

3. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute visual assets for various platforms, including digital and print.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver visually compelling campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement them where appropriate.

4. Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
