- Monitoring operations, orders, tables, number of guests, kitchen and cost control.
- Follow up on publishing guest fee purchase transactions throughout the night.
- Conduct a periodic inventory of checks.
- Process guest fee vouchers and credit card vouchers.
- Verifying Transactions: Checking for accuracy in all transactions, including food and beverage sales, merchandise purchases, and any additional charges.
Bachelor's degree in tourism and hotels or a related field.Good knowledge of auditing, budgeting and closing accounts principles.Experience in Nightlife and Hotels.Experience in food and beverage.Previous experience as a Cost controller or Night auditor is Must.
