Trading Contract Administrator

  • Contract Management: Administer and manage the full lifecycle of trading contracts, including creation, review, execution, amendments, and renewals, ensuring all terms align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Opening Delivery Orders: Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to issue delivery orders in line with contract and payment terms, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods and proper documentation for shipments.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts adhere to regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal compliance policies, minimizing risks and mitigating potential issues.
  • Recordkeeping & Documentation: Maintain precise records of all contracts and associated documents, ensuring data is accurately reflected in the ERP system for real-time access by relevant departments.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., trade execution, legal, finance, and logistics) to provide support in contract-related matters, offering clear communication on contract status, compliance, and updates.
  • Contract Reporting: Generate periodic reports on contract pricing status, rolling status, compliance issues, and key performance metrics, presenting insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify and flag potential risks in trading contracts such as margin calls’ coverage and credit limit issues working proactively with the merchants to mitigate issues before they impact the business.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve contract management processes, identifying ways to enhance efficiency through utilizing the ERP and other tools and reduce administrative bottlenecks.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Economics/Actuarial Science.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, trading, or procurement, preferably within a commodities trading environment.Experience with ERP systems, particularly related to trading or contract management.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Analytical, detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizedFluent English is a MUST.
