  • Manage all sales and leasing aspects of assigned properties
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and retailers
  • Negotiate lease/contracts terms with prospective clients.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Regular update on market news and data.
  • Should be able to generate leads easily.
  • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
  • Present properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
  • Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections
  • Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database

 1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer.Bachelor’s degree.Own a Car.Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix.Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom-line orientationInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skillsGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.Basic understanding of MS OfficeGood presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent B2B relationship management skillsCustomer-focused approachProficiency of English Language spoken and written
