HR Manager

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Monitor the implementation of the company's HR policies and standards.
  • Oversee recruitment processes including job analysis, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract the right candidates that meet organizational needs.
  • Design and implement strategies for regular employee performance evaluations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
  • Organize and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Supervise the preparation of salaries, bonuses, and benefits in line with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Ensure that the company’s compensation structure remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees and address labor disputes or grievances in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering a fair and compliant work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, leave records, and any other relevant documentation.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulations and work with legal advisors to ensure the organization remains compliant with all local and international employment laws.
  • Analyze future workforce needs and develop strategies to address staffing requirements.
  • Assist in workforce forecasting and planning to ensure the organization has the right people at the right time.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational culture, employee behavior, and work environment improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, training and development initiatives, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred certifications such as HR qualifications.A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with previous experience in a managerial or senior HR role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.Excellent communication skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of local and international labor laws.Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strategic thinking with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.Negotiation skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
