- Prepare and develop shop drawings and associated details.
- Perform quantity surveying (QS) and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Prepare Method of Statements (MOS) for project execution.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design consistency and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
Bidding Phase:
- Prepare comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs) for contractors.
- Develop and define contractor evaluation criteria to ensure fair and transparent selection.
- Address RFIs (Requests for Information) raised by contractors during the bidding process.
- Study and analyze submitted technical proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
Implementation Phase:
- Address RFIs from contractors and provide timely resolutions.
- Review and validate shop drawings submitted by contractors.
- Oversee procurement tracking and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and update project documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Maintain a register for stakeholders' requests and track progress until resolution.
- Register and track project site issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the planning team to monitor project KPIs and manage change requests.
- Review invoices submitted by contractors for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the financial team to facilitate invoice closing and approval.
- Maintain a register for variation orders and track their status.
- Review submitted variation orders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
