• Execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Follow up on sales and negotiation efforts to close high-value deals
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align on business development goals
• Provide market insights to inform business decisions and identify emerging trends
• Prepare reports for customer visits and validate is with team leaders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a business developer or in a similar role, ideally within consulting or a B2B environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment• Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving measurable results• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
