Architect Site Engineer

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the construction phases of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and proposed corrective actions.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and change orders.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • attendee regular meetings with project teams to communicate progress, resolve issues, and address concerns.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Act as the Company representative with the selected contractors during the program execution.
  • Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the key contractors.
  • Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
  • Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
  • Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architectural Engineering or practice.+10 years of experience in High Voltage substation or power plantsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsGood communication skillsProject management or supervisory experience is preferredProblem solving skillsAbility to motivate othersAble to plan work well.Well-organized.Decision making.
