- Following up with all sites and projects budgeting.
- Managing contractors' payments.
- Handling Main AP/ AR Accounting responsibilities.
- Managing budget and keep accurate financial records.
- Developing an efficient accounting report for actual inventories and fixed assets.
- Performing cost analysis statement.
- Preparing day to day transactions such as Petty Cash, Loans and Sites cash flow.
- Managing Purchasing Orders and finalizing related payments.
- Handling subcontractors and suppliers payments.
- Handling all Treasury and bank transactions.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.Experience needed: 15+ years in Accounting.Experience in construction companies is a MUST.Previous experience as chief accountant.Experience in dealing with contractors.Knowledge of accounting programs.
