Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst & Machine Learning Specialist (Full time Remote) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for analyzing, managing, and processing large datasets to drive business decisions and enhance the functionality of our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and web development and will be proficient in tools like Python, MySQL, and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage large datasets to identify trends and provide insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data classifications, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Utilize Python, MySQL, and Excel to process and analyze data efficiently.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize and automate data processing tasks.
• Experience in maintaining web applications as required, ensuring seamless integration with data systems.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and methodologies in data engineering, data science, and AI.
• Provide system support, including processing vendor product data, conducting system tests, and distributing technical tasks via Jira.
• Assist with the technical onboarding of vendors, ensuring their product data is accurately integrated into our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is utilized effectively across the organization.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on data findings to guide business strategy.
• Support the development and maintenance of data-related systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.

Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce environment.Technical Skills:Proficient in Python and MySQL.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in working with large datasets and complex formulas.Experience with machine learning and data science concepts.Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Language: Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with e-commerce data.Experience with system support, including technical task distribution and system testing.Familiarity with data processing tools and techniques specific to e-commerce environments.Ability to contribute to the digital transformation efforts in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.Please Note:The position is a full-time role (Remote).We do not permit employees to engage in part-time work or serve as independent service providers (freelancers) for any third party during the employment contract period.We're looking forward to building the future of B2B e-commerce with you!
