Prepare, review, and modify architectural shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Manage the submission and approval process for project documents, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Conduct quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimations.
Provide technical support to site teams, resolving design and execution issues.
Review and ensure that all project documents align with the approved design and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Participate in value engineering to optimize project cost and design efficiency.
Update and maintain project records and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.7–10 years of relevant experience in technical office roles.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
