Business Development Manager

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, legal advisors, and government authorities to manage the permitting process and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Receive, Filter, and arrange potential partners

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for real estate developments.
  • Lead business negotiations for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships with private and public sector entities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial models to potential clients and investors.

Experience: 5 - 10 years in a construction and real estate field.Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsexcellent English command writing and readingKnowledge of market research techniques and database managementexcellent communication, negotiation, sales and interpersonal skillsProven track record of business development in the digital marketing industryfamiliarity with facility management developmentability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
