• Review the structural design drawings received from the structural consultant
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings & MEP drawings
• Coordinate project management activities with MTP drawings, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• prepare BOQ and quantity survey
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to address any structural concerns or modifications during the construction phase.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
