Job description:
- The CEO Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing the executive's schedule, communications, and various administrative tasks.
- Responsibilities include managing calendars, handling communications, and assisting with special projects.
- The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements :- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience of 2+ as an executive assistant or personal assistant to a high-level executive.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent English language written and speaking.Benefits:-Attractive Package
