- Oversee the execution of interior finishing projects on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and supervise site activities, including the installation of finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy during construction.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper handover upon project completion.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers regularly on site progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues or discrepancies as they arise
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, or a related field.4-6 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, with a focus on finishing.Excellent knowledge of execution techniques, materials, and interior finishing.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
