- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting CNS products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors in clinics, hospitals, and other relevant accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, conducting regular visits to promote product adoption and ensure continued engagement with the product.
- Product Promotion and Awareness: Introduce the company’s CNS products to doctors, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits, uses, and proper application of the products in treating patients. .
- Follow-Up and Product Adoption: Follow up with doctors to Facilitate doctors’ adoption of the products in their practice by ensuring they acknowledge of the products.
- Administrative Reporting: Deliver all required administrative tasks, including reporting, sales tracking and territory updates, in accordance with company standards and timelines.
- Compliance and Company Values: Ensure all activities align with company compliance standards and reflect the core values of Nutravia Pharma, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Performance Standards : Achieve all sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and key performance indicator (KPI) targets as defined in the business plan.
Bachelor degree in pharmacy,Science or veterinary medicine.Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical/medical industry.A background in CNS (Central Nervous System) product is a plus.Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales target.Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive sales and meet objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with doctors and internal teams.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs.High level of integrity and commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.
