Sales Executive - outdoor

Job Purpose:

The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual to identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Provide excellent customer service and support.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and own car.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
