Data Management and Analysis:
- Oversee health data collection, organization, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Manage electronic health record systems and implement procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain health information management systems in alignment with project goals.
Reporting and Quality Control:
- Produce high-quality reports and statistical summaries for the health unit.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to data management best practices.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in health information management.
Collaboration and Optimization:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT professionals to streamline health information processes.
- Provide technical support for system optimization and troubleshooting.
Training and Capacity Building:
- Train staff on health information management policies, procedures, and tools.
- Educate team members on data collection techniques to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure all health information management systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard sensitive data by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a medical background is preferred.Strong analytical, attention to detail. and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in health information systems (e.g., DHIS2, EMR systems) and data analysis tools.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
