Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities:


  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Specifications:


  • Proven 8 years of experience in Real Estate & at least 3 years in Management position.

  • Previous experience in New Capital

  • Previous experience in real state brokers.

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

  • MBA holder or complete Professional post graduate studies in sales and Marketing is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
