Medela Egypt Customer Service :
- Responsible for collecting all documents to ensure that the appropriate information is available to reply to customer questions.
- Main role involves resolving all customer complaints and addressing inquiries from the internal administrative department.
- Responsible for coordinating and collecting all data related to Medela customers, administrative paperwork, and documents from other departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with issues and concerns, making decisions based on customer needs, conducting satisfaction calls, and acting as a customer advocate to resolve questions or concerns. Follow up on issues until resolution.
- Responsible for preparing shipments requested by customers over the phone and coordinating with shipping companies for delivery.
- Manage data entry, answer phones, handle outbound calls, and receive return shipments from customers.
- Repair devices, conduct initial checks, and determine the cause of malfunctions.
Work experience as a Customer Service or similar roleExperience in sales or customer service positions is a plusFamiliarity with interactive learning activitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsBSc degree in Education, Medical Representative or relevant field
