- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Managing and following up all legal affairs of the company and cooperation with external legal affairs offices.
- Managing and following up all the company's relations and transactions with government and official agencies (example: Export and Import Authority..... etc) and in the economic zone in Ain Sokhna.
- Follow up the coverage of all types of insurance.
- Supervising the creation, organization and keeping of legal contracts, files and records of the company and ensuring that it meets all the necessary data and provides it to senior management.
- Responsible for announcing / informing all employees of administrative decisions after their approval, verifying that all administrative instructions are followed and archiving all decisions issued by senior management for reference in case of need.
- Follow-up departments of cleaning, buffet and administrative services.
- Fully responsible for private means of transportation in terms of their management and control over the use and maintenance of means of transportation and other administrative services.
- Responsible for security (employees of the company or external companies) and maintaining the contents of the company from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so after referring to senior management.
- Supervising and reviewing the implementation of all contracting procedures for renting the company's buildings.
- Review and approve maintenance contracts for all administrative services in the company.
- Carrying out field follow-up and inspection tours to ensure the application of administrative instructions as required and preparing a plan to guard buildings and company sites to preserve them and prevent vandalism or theft using guard and security personnel such as patrols and surveillance cameras ... Etc.
- Applying ISO documentary review systems and rules to ensure the verification of the integrity of documents and the proper application of regulations, decisions and laws so that the company and its factories are not exposed to the penalties stipulated in those laws.
- Follow up the tasks of personnel affairs in the factory only.
- Organizing and following up everything related to industrial security, safety and health, and taking the necessary corrective measures.
- Investigate cases of chaos between employees during official working hours at the company's sites.
