• Lead design and design development of multiple projects of various natures & typologies from concept and through the development stages.
• Interpreting clients’ briefs and to clearly understanding key considerations, design goals and client priorities.
• Develop innovative design concepts that reflect the latest trends and best practices in architecture, interior design, and urban design.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to produce comprehensive architectural plans, including site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models and renderings.
• Oversee/Initiate research of concepts, benchmarks, materials, design ideation and develop project narratives. 
• Oversee and develop the preparation of design presentations and design development documentation.
• Passion and commitment to environmentally responsible designs, and make sure design team is implementing sustainable and human-centric approaches.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Ensure the team is aware of the design standards, codes and compliances of countries within the ME region.

A bachelor's or master's degree in architectural engineeringMinimum 12 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, and urban design.Design experience in a variety of projects, building typologies, scale, and nature. Excellent design skills and ability to initiate creative ideas and strong design narratives.Proficient in design modeling software such as 3D Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, and render tools preferred Corona or D5 render.Parametric design is preferred. Proficient in presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint.Ability to use Revit and AutoCAD and the use of these tools for drafting and creating concept and schematic drawings to be ready for the next stages.Understanding and helping prepare project management schedules in terms of stages, delivery, and client review process.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.A strong attention to detail; ability to carefully review information, identify errors, and maintain accuracy in their work, showcasing a commitment to producing high-quality products/designs.Good teamwork and communication skills.Be aware of the effect of delivery time on financial performance and proactively manage time, resources, and budget on a project.
