HR Manager

Biddex - Egypt - Cairo
  1. Develop the annual manpower plans and human resources budget in collaboration with the different departments’ heads, ensuring the achievement of the human capital needs of all the company’s departments.
  2. Develop the human resources and administration policies and oversee the employees’ compliance to them.
  3. Develop and implement compensation and benefits schemes that align with the company’s people strategy and budget while ensuring acquiring and retaining top talent from the market. 
  4. Lead the recruitment process while ensuring compliance to the company’s recruitment standards and process.
  5. Direct and follow up the periodic performance management process and ensure compliance to set timeframes and policy, subsequently analyzes results to develop talent development plans and generate performance reports for top management.
  6. Oversee the daily support operations of the HR department, such as payroll, employee records, leave management, etc.
  7. Lead and maintain the company’s relation with recruitment entities and all HR related projects with external consultants.
  8. Ensure BIDDEX compliance to all governmental regulations in regard to labor laws and taxes.

10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in Digital/Technology based company.
