• Reaching and achieving set planned targets (Monthly /individually).
• Cleanliness of all display units.
• Merchandising (Implement the pre-approved planogram)
• Replenishments ( making sure that shop are in full stock all the time )
• Maintaining the quality and safety of the goods regularly.
• Executing the promotional plan of each product.
• Labeling price tags upon receive the new stocks from warehouse.
• Following up on expiry dates and inform direct Supervisor with the near expiry products.
• Identifying the needed stock which will be depleted soon.
• Transfer the needed products between shops according to Supervisor’s instructions.
• Guiding the customers in a way that increases the sales (offers, promotions, substitutions
…etc)
• Identifying current and future customer requirements.
• Set the customer satisfaction and service as main target
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.

• Maintain the reputation of the company inside the airport and around it.
• Well behavior and high performance and punctuality.

• Sharing financial responsibility with the whole team in damages, losses, missing and
