• Sales & Channel Management:
Achieve sales targets across multiple e-commerce channels.
Oversee daily operations, including updates, ad performance, merchandising, promotions, and campaigns.
• Forecasting & Planning:
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for channels and product categories.
• Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and address any issues, including product dispatches to online customers, promptly and effectively.
• Channel Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new reselling channels in alignment with the annual strategy.
Negotiate contracts with potential online resellers to expand market reach.
• Product Launch & Market Analysis:
Collaborate on the development and launch of new products to enhance market competitiveness.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Content & Inventory Management:
Oversee content, stock levels, and pricing strategies in partnership with e-commerce platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or a related role.Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, or similar is preferred.Knowledge of digital advertising and ad management is advantageous.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
