Pre-Sales Engineer

  1. Review client requirement documents and request necessary clarifications to achieve a full understanding of customer requirements.
  2. Prepare a cost-effective design for light-current systems that meet customer requirements.
  3. Create a technical proposal document according to work instructions and tender/study requirements, including solution design description, statement of work & product datasheets.
  4. Prepare shop drawings, Single Line diagrams, Schematic Diagrams & Technical Submittals.
  5. Prepare technical compliance sheets for proposed material/equipment in accordance with Consultants’ recommended specifications.
  6. Prepare pricing sheet and financial proposal including Bill of Quantities of all proposed products and their respective costs.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Electronics Engineering or a related field.2+ years of experience in a presales engineering role, ideally in the Light Current and Physical Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Parking Systems, Video Intercom, Turnstile Gates, Public Address, Fire Alarm).Knowledge of Network Active and Passive systems is preferred.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to various audiences.Proven ability to understand customer needs and articulate effective solutions.Experience with product demonstrations and PoCs.Excellent command of the English language.Strategic thinker with insights into market trends and customer needs.Collaborative team player focused on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
