Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to analyze product issues, brainstorm solutions, and ensure seamless production.
• Ensure Product Quality: Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Test & Troubleshoot: Perform stress tests (temperature, vibration, humidity) to expose weaknesses in the product and identify areas of improvement.
• Write & Review Test Plans: Develop and review testing plans to minimize risks and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of production.
• Troubleshoot Defects: Investigate causes of defects during the testing phase and work with relevant departments to address them.
• Automation Excellence: Create and implement test plan automation procedures to streamline testing processes and reduce manual errors.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and improvements to the company's infrastructure to prevent mistakes during production.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Quality Control, Engineering, and Project Management to prevent defects and ensure smooth testing processes.
• Report & Document: Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, risk analyses, and corrective actions. Prepare clear reports that communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and handle audits effectively.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize interventions to ensure that team members meet the highest standards of quality.

Essential Skills

• Manual & Automated Testing: Proficiency in both manual testing and automated testing tools.
• Bug Tracking: Strong experience in identifying, isolating, and tracking bugs throughout the testing process.
• Test Case Documentation: Experience in writing and documenting test cases and progress.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Testing Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard automated testing tools.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate findings effectively.
• Risk Analysis: Ability to perform risk analysis and proactively solve potential issues before they escalate.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and how QA fits into the development cycle.
• Continuous Improvement: A passion for driving innovation and streamlining testing processes.

Desired Skills

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, or Quality Improvement Associate are a plus.
• Software Development Knowledge: Hands-on experience with software development is a plus to better understand the technical aspects of the product.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ Years of Experience in a QA role, with a proven track record of successful product testing and quality assurance.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel 100% for onsite visits, audits, or training sessions.
• Remote Work: Willingness to work from a remote location, as needed.
