Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist at Gila Al-Tawakol Electric. The role is located in Cairo, Egypt. The Application support professional will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, hard ware and providing customer service.
- Responsible for providing remote technical support for clients who have critical response time requirements for their business systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Work independently and as part of a team to urgently analyze technical issues, troubleshoot over the Email/Phone or via remote access, and escalate problems when appropriate.
- Provide first level support for production issues across multiple applications, including problem identification and follow it to be solved.
- Train Users if needed to guarantee full implementation
Degree in any relevant field.Experience from 1 to 2 Years in same position.Previous user of AXPTA & ODOO is preferred.Problem Solving and Time Management Skills.Ability to Train others.
